Can I change the date of my holiday?

Guests who are outside 56 days to their arrival date can log into their Haven account and change the dates of their booking themselves. 


Guests who are within 56 days of their arrival date, those who have booked accessible caravans, touring guests and those who have upgraded using Choose Your Holiday Home will still need to speak to our team on live chat to make that change.


Please be aware that amendment fees will apply to any change made to your booking and being able to amend your dates would be subject to availability. 


If the new date you select is more expensive than the current date you have booked, you will need to also pay the difference in the price.


Please note, as per our terms and conditions, changes to bookings within 56 days of your holiday start date may count as a cancellation and therefore cancellation charges will apply.
