A swim session at The Shore Water Park can be pre-booked via haven.com/experience or the My Haven app. The pool features the UK's first double enclosure constrictor slides, a giant tipping bucket, aqua play, tots' pool and slides, so there's something for all ages. There are two 11-metre high tyre flumes - Tidal Twist and Coastal Cyclones. When you check in to the pool reception, be sure to request an Activity Cam wristband (subject to availability) to capture the action on your way down the Coastal Cyclone. A trolley coin or £1 coin can be used to operate the lockers.
Each person wanting to swim will be required to book a swim slot. Each holiday booking will receive 14 swim slots which can be pre-booked before you arrive. Additional swim slots can be booked (subject to availability) at the pool reception once you are at the park. Under 5s do not require a Play Pass but will need a slot booked for them.
Swimming sessions are bookable 28 days (4 weeks) before your holiday starts. You'll receive an email or app push notification when it's time to book.
When booking swimming for an arrival or departure day, please be aware that there will be fewer lifeguards on duty. So only the main pool, confidence pool and splash play area will be open. This does mean that the Tidal Twist, Coastal Cyclone and multi-lane slide will be closed during these sessions.
