What are accommodation enhancements?
We offer convenient enhancements to your accommodation at an additional cost (that are not guaranteed within your selected grade).
How can I add/remove accommodation enhancements to my booking?
Enhancements can be added/removed up until 7 days before before the arrival date of your booking. If you're within 7 days of your booking arrival time, you will be unable to add/remove them.
If you have selected your specific holiday home through the Choose Your Holiday Home service, you will not have the option to add accommodation enhancements to your booking.
Enhancements can be added to your booking at Checkout or added and removed in My Account. In My Account, please select the "Enhance Your Accommodation" module which is located on your booking details page under "Upgrade Your Break"
Please note when adding enhancements in My Account, you must "confirm" the changes to your booking before enhancements can be added/removed.
What accommodation enhancements are available to add?
The following are the full list of enhancements that we offer as add-ons to your accommodation. But please note, enhancements will only appear at Checkout and My Account, when there is availability (both on the park and on the specific dates of your break).
