I am unhappy with the changes to the plan, what can I do?

The changes from Haven Holiday Protection to the Haven Flexi Plan - Standard have been implemented to make things simpler and clearer in the event that you need to cancel your holiday.


If you are not happy with the terms of the Haven Flexi Plan- Standard, you can complete the form on the email we have sent you and we will remove it, refunding you the amount you paid for HHP at the time of booking.  If you no longer wish to travel due to the changes, you can cancel your booking by completing the form on the email we have sent you and a full refund will be issued. Please note, any changes or cancellations must be made by 14th January 2026.
