I had Haven Holiday Protection when I booked, what happens now?

If you chose to include Haven Holiday Protection on your booking, we will send you an email explaining the Haven Flexi Plan - Standard and give you some options:

  • If you no longer wish to have HFPS on your booking due to the change from Haven Holiday Protection to the Haven Flexi Plan - Standard but still wish to continue with your holiday, the email includes a form you can complete requesting this and we will refund you the cost of the HHP you paid at the time of booking.
  •  If you no longer wish to travel due to this change, the email includes a form you can complete to cancel your booking. We will refund you in full for your booking.


If you choose either of the options above, you must do this by 14th January 2026. If you do not action one of these options by this date, you have accepted the terms of the new Haven Flexi Plan - Standard and your booking will continue as normal.


If you are happy with the change to the plan and do not wish to cancel or remove the plan from your booking, you do not need to take any action.
