How do I get access to the booking credits for my kids activities and how many credits can I have on my booking?

For each holiday booking, a credit of £7.50 per child (under 16yrs) will be automatically added to the booking on the My Haven App under Activities.

Guests who have privately let a holiday home through a Haven owner will be contacted by Haven in early July with more information about when the activities credit will be available to use.

Holiday bookings with children aged 16 and 17 can also access an individual credit of £7.50 per child, however these activity bookings do need to be made in person on park with a Haven Activities Team member at the Activities Hub.
