Monthly payment plan

Our easy monthly payment plan is a simple way of spreading the cost of your holiday over a monthly basis instead of paying everything up front.


You'll pay your deposit and arrange for the remaining balance to be split equally over the following months. Just set up your card with us and the rest is stress-free. 


Payments 

The payments for these instalments will be taken automatically from the card you set up and your final payment will be due between 8-10 weeks before your holiday (depending on how your payments are split up). This isn't a direct debit and means that we only need your card details, not your sort code and account number.


Because of this, if your card expires or you have to get a new card for any reason, you'll need to provide your new card details so that we can continue taking your automated payments. To do this, you can click here and make a payment of £1 to set up your new details. This £1 payment will come off your next instalment. If you prefer, you can call us to do this for you but please be aware that there is a £3 administration fee to make a payment over the phone with us. Payments online do not incur an administration fee.


Confirmation 

We will send you an email confirmation after each payment had cleared. This email will show that the payment has gone through and will show the new outstanding balance on your booking.


Reducing your payments 

Your monthly payment amounts are set at the time of booking and are spread out to be equal monthly instalments. If you are unable to make your monthly payment, please drop us a line on 0333 202 5435 and we can talk through your options with you.


Paying off your balance 

If you wish to switch from your monthly payments and pay off your balance in full, that's absolutely fine. Rest assured, if your booking is paid in full, we won't take any further payments from your card.


Skipping payments 

We unfortunately can't cancel one payment on the easy monthly payment plan. Additionally, as we can't change the date of one payment, it isn't possible to skip a month and pay double the next. If you are not able to commit to the monthly payments, we will need to remove you from the easy monthly payment plan and revert you to our standard payment schedule.


You may be required to make additional payments to bring your booking up to date with the standard payment schedule.


When a payment is missed

When a payment is declined, you will receive notification via email that this has occurred. Due to the structure of the payment plan, this payment will not be automatically requested again and would require you to make a manual payment to make up for the missed one. This could also put your holiday at risk of cancellation, so is important that all monthly payments are kept up to date.


Please note that the card you use for manual payment, will be the card that the remaining plan will use for future payments.


Using additional cards 

The monthly instalments are taken from the most recent card that you've used to make a payment on your booking. If you want to make a one off payment from another card, you can do this but you'll just need to set up your monthly payment card again afterwards. You can do this by making a £1 payment here.


Payment dates

You can choose what date your payment will be taken from if you choose our easy monthly payment plan. The payments can take up to 3 days to fully process so we advise to make sure the funds are available throughout this period. The payment may not clear from your account on the exact date that you choose. Also, if you choose the 31st of the month as your payment date, the payment will come out on the last day of the month.
