If I have multiple bookings with the old plan on them, do I need to make a decision about each one?

Yes, the new Haven Flexi Plan - Standard will be applied to each booking that previously had Haven Holiday Protection. You have until 14th January 2026 to remove the Haven Flexi Plan - Standard from each booking or to cancel the bookings for a full refund. If you do not take any action on one or all of your bookings before this date, the bookings will continue as before.
