All activity bookings for children under 16 yrs will need to be made by the lead guest (who made the original booking) through the My Haven App to use the activities credit. The usual window applies for activities bookings, so up to 12 weeks prior to the start of the break. There is no physical voucher to present on park.
All activity bookings with children aged 16 and 17 yrs will need to be booked on park with the Haven Activities Team at the Activity Hub, as above.
