If you choose to make your booking with one of our advisors instead of through our website or you choose to change your holiday, you will be charged an administration fee to do this. This will be applied to the total cost of your booking so will be payable with your final balance. If you are within 10 weeks of your holiday start date, this fee must be paid at the time of the amendment or booking as full payment will be due at this time.
If you choose to make a payment over the phone with us rather than through our website, there will be a £3 payment administration fee applied to your booking and you must make this at the time you are making your payment.
